Since our products are digital, there is no physical shipping involved.

If a user does not receive the email after purchase, we recommend checking the spam or junk folder before contacting support. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide a correct and accessible email address at the time of purchase.

In case of any access issues or if a download link is missing, users should reach out to our support team for assistance. We will verify the purchase and provide access accordingly. However, DigiSaleMate is not responsible for access issues caused by incorrect email entry, user-side technical problems, or device compatibility issues.

No Refund

All sales on DigiSaleMate are final, and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any digital products once the purchase is completed. Lost or Missing Digital Products
